I'd like to take a moment to wish everyone a very happy Yule, Winter Solstice, Christmas, Hanukkah or very merry whatever your holiday is this time of year. For me and mine it is Yule and as I sit here with my daughter excitedly running around trying to wait for our family and friends to come over tonight I'm reminded that this is the shortest day and longest night of the year. We celebrate a promise that the darkness will pass and new light will shine as the days begin to grow longer.
