Full Moon New Releases (Nov 2015)

It's time for the full moon new releases. So if you're looking for some hot reads to give next month or just want something new over the long weekend have a look.

Claimed, An Outlaws Novel, by Elie Kennedy

The bestselling author of the Killer Instincts novels “knows how to write scorching sexual tension”*. Now she really sets it on fire in a new series about men and women living on the edge of violence, sex, and life and death.

After a devastating war decimated most of the world, Hudson Lane has only known the oppressive life under her own father’s tyranny. She finally escapes, branding herself an outlaw and hunted by the Enforcers. Her best chance at survival is Connor Mackenzie, an aggressively sensual fugitive who opens her eyes to the wicked possibilities of a world without rules.

As the leader of a band of outlaw fighters, Connor can’t resist the beautiful stranger who asks for his protection. Despite his reservations, he agrees to introduce her to a whole new way of life. But when Connor discovers Hudson’s connection to the enemies of liberty, he wonders how far he can trust the woman who has abandoned all inhibitions to challenge every forbidden desire.

 Autumn Thorns by Yasmine Galenorn

In an all-new series, New York Times bestselling author Yasmine Galenorn invites readers to Whisper Hollow, where spirits walk among the living and the lake never gives up her dead…

Fifteen years ago, I ran away from Whisper Hollow, Washington, a small town on Crescent Lake in the Olympic Peninsula. But truth is, if you were born here, you can never really leave. I’m Kerris Fellwater, and when I returned, I inherited my grandmother’s house—and her gift. As a spirit shaman, it’s my responsibility to drive the dead back to their graves, because around Whisper Hollow, people—and secrets—don’t always stay buried.

When I was little, I was told my mother ran off. But now it looks like she was murdered. With the help of my mysterious neighbor Bryan, we begin to unravel the mystery of her disappearance, and in doing so, unearth a dark force seeking to bury Whisper Hollow.

Now I must work with the dead, rather than against them, because our enemy will do whatever she can to destroy the town, and she means to start with me.

Viking Warrior Rising by Asa Maria Bradley

Immortal Vikings are among us

Leif Skarsganger and his elite band of immortal warriors have been charged to protect humanity from the evil Norse god Loki.

Under attack from Loki's minions, Leif is shocked to encounter a dark-haired beauty who fights like a warrior herself. Wounded and feverish, the Viking kisses her, inadvertently triggering an ancient Norse bond. But when Naya Brisbane breaks away and disappears before the bond is completed, Leif's warrior spirit goes berserk. If Leif doesn't find her fast, he's going to lose himself to permanent battle fury.

But Naya doesn't want to be found...and he'll do anything to find her. Because they're both running out of time.

That's it for this month. Happy reading!

Imagine Sexy

http://mysexysaturday.blogspot.com

It's time for another My Sexy Saturday post. This week our theme is Imagine Sexy and I can only blush at some of the things Malcolm can imagine doing with Meredith.

"I don't give a damn about your Dragon's Eye, but I do care about my spell books and one of them is missing. What do you have to do with that?" Malcolm snarled.

Her breathing was heavy, every breath pressed her beasts against his chest. Any other time he wouldn't risk being this close, but anger and determination was stronger than list alone. He watched her pink tongue slip over her lush bottom lip and waited for his answer. It seemed to take her a second to gather her words, but when she did answer him he was surprised that her voice was unwavering. "I told you it might happen. I warned you, but you didn't give a damn then."

That's this week's snippet from an upcoming short, Just Beyond Daybreak. Don't forget to hop over to the other blogs for more great reads.

Paranormal Love Wednesday

It's Paranormal Love Wednesday and  for my little snippet this week I've chosen a bit of interaction between the two main characters in one of my current works in progress. This piece isn't titled yet, so here's a taste of my day to day writing life.

http://paranormallovewednesdays.blogspot.com/?zx=ead072758345e49dKarlee, an assistant librarian, wants nothing more than her well earned vacation, but with shadows attacking her will it ever happen? Court, a watcher from the dream realm, just wants to drop Karlee off with the maji and be done, but a little thing like fate keeps getting in the way.

The Snippet:

“Be gone, shadow spawn!” a deep voice boomed behind her, and Karlee felt whatever had her jerk franticly away. Scrambling up the steps, Karlee saw the shinning man who had saved her and ran straight into his arms. A strong arm wrapped around her and tucked her behind the large man.

From behind him she could see the source of the brilliant light. It radiated from a small stone pendant he wore on a chain around his neck. Beyond him Karlee could also see the illuminated darkness left in the library basement. The light allowed her to see the collection of books and the wreathing shadows that had chased her. Misshapen human shadows were wriggling in the light as if it was burning them. Staring at it, Karlee felt herself paralyze. Fear raked over her, violently sending her heard into her throat and blocking the scream she couldn’t seem to conjure.

The man slammed the door, hiding the horrid sight from her and in one smooth motion took her hand and turned towards the road. “I have to get you out of here,” he said as he started to pull her away from the library and down the sidewalk.

Following along, Karlee nearly stumbled and smashed her toe into the concrete. Ignoring it, she found her voice and asked, “What was that?”

That's it for this week. Hope you enjoyed!
